You fill out the relevant contact form on the respective job page and send us your CV or any qualifications/evidence of experience you may have. We will then get in touch with you and arrange an initial meeting to get to know you: either in our office or via Zoom. In the third step, we tackle a test task together to see how you perform and whether our day-to-day work is what you imagined.
The first phase of induction training takes place digitally via a learning platform, which explains and shows you everything you need to know from A to Z.
You will then work together with the person responsible for the relevant department, who will always have an open ear and will support you closely during the induction period.
